Description

We are offering a part-time opportunity in in Rye Brook, New York, for a position that involves administrative tasks and duties. This role is an opening for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for various tasks including data entry, email correspondence, managing inbound and outbound calls, and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer service requests and answering inbound calls

• Handling data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy

• Corresponding via email to address customer inquiries and requests

• Managing inbound and outbound calls to facilitate communication

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word for administrative tasks

• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the team

• Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized workspace by tidying up common areas as needed

• Handling mailing requirements and managing deliveries as per UPS/FedEx needs

• Assisting in general clerical tasks as required

• Providing reliable and dependable service to support the team's administrative needs.

Requirements • Must have experience in the Engineering industry

• Capable of answering inbound calls efficiently

• Proven customer service skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Proficiency in email correspondence

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively

• Demonstrated administrative skills in a similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must have a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information

• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
