It is a great opportunity to joins us as a FP&A Manager
Place of work is located in our office in Rybnik, Poland
Assist in preparation of financial forecasts (revenue, EBITDA, cashflow) on short, mid and long term.
Assist in consolidating weekly flash and summarize key variances (vs Budget, forecast, PY, etc…)
Coordinate with sites and support consolidated financials in the system (Onestream)
Help in preparing monthly, quarterly & annual reporting packages
Prepare comprehensive executive summaries on financial performance. Drive for consistency and standardization in reporting.
Train extended team and ensure processes are robust.
Track and measure cost-reduction initiatives. Explain performance to functional leaders.
Assist in coordination of periodic business reviews
Support ad-hoc requests from management
Lead projects to enhance performance of processes and financial systems
Experience with month-end financial close process for multiple entities required
SAP knowledge preferred
Strong system skills (Hyperion/OneStream) preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
Manufacturing experience a plus
Multilingual a plus
Foreign exchange analysis experience preferred
Degree in Finance or Accounting required
Ability to analyze and summarize information in a manner useful for management decisions
Seven plus years of Accounting or Finance experience required
Strong English oral and written communication skills required
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong analytics with fact based details (drilling into account details)
Strong presentation skills
Ability to work in fast paced environment with changing priorities
Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload; effective multitasking skills needed
