Job Description
AbbVie France is recruiting an ACE project manager Apprentice. The position is to be filled from September 2024 for the duration of 12 months.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Business Excellence & ACE transformation function, the ACE project manager will participate in the structuring and deployment of Abbvie France ’s Advanced Customer Experience Transformation journey.
The main activities will be:
Support the Advanced Customer Experience Transformation journey (communication, events, materials…)
Definition of the Advanced Customer Experience roadmap & operating model (governance, processes, capabilities, competencies…)
Coordination of internal teams (business questions / workshops, bidding process, interaction with start-ups, project roll - out, KPI reporting)
Animation of an internal community of experts
Take part to the overall animation of the Advanced Customer Experience Transformation journey.
