Responsibilities
Create design and construction documents for franchise/retail projects.
Develop construction documents based on directions from senior draftsman or project managers.
Assist in managing job folders.
Assist with project administration.
Field measure and document existing building conditions.
Efficiently meet specific client deadlines and project goals.
Essential Skills
Associate's degree in Architecture or related field.
5+ years of experience in architectural drafting/CAD work.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working on franchise projects (retail, small business, hotels, etc.).
Experience with Revit and Sketchup.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop.
Work Environment
Our office is located in Royal Oak, MI, close to downtown. Office hours are from 8AM-5PM, with half-days on Fridays. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
