Bridge Elementary Elementary Executive Director in ROY, Utah
A K-6 charter school located in Roy, Utah, is now accepting applications for a full-time, 30 hours per week, Executive Director for the 2025-2026 school year.
The mission of Bridge Elementary is to provide students with a personalized learning experience and empower them to take personal ownership and accountability for their own academic performance.
Pay will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Must have education experience • Preference given for a valid Utah Administrative license • Preference given for Administrative experience • Prior teaching experience is preferred • Leadership experience with demonstrated exemplary results and experience with program development • Strong project and staff management experience • Ability to work and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Clear and compelling communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and planning skills • Adept at analyzing data to improve student and staff achievement • Ability to communicate the principles of organizational success • Knowledge in fundraising & grant writing • Technology literate • The ability to develop and maintain positive community relations • Goal oriented
