Maintenance Technician - DFW
Up to $38/hr
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for keeping manufacturing equipment running smoothly and performing preventive maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
Ensure adherence to company policies and safety rules across all shifts.
Execute preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
Perform reactive maintenance on production lines, addressing equipment failures by repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Utilize troubleshooting skills to identify and implement equipment improvements.
Complete machine tear down, repair, and assembly tasks.
Collaborate with team members and operators to meet daily production schedules.
Start up and shut down all production equipment and systems.
Conduct equipment inspections to verify proper working conditions.
Operate a forklift safely.
Essential Skills
3-5 years of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills.
3 years or more of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Electrical skills are advantageous.
Experience in PLC troubleshooting, and understanding of industrial maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Steel Toe boots are required.
Basic tools are required, but additional tools will be provided.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58300.00 - $72800.00/yr.
