Responsibilities
The role entails the following:
inspecting, sampling, and testing products and materials to meet company and customer standards
Documenting results, counting products tested, and weighing materials.
Monitoring production to ensure compliance with standards, placing non-conforming items on hold, and communicating issues.
Writing non-conformance reports and performing additional assigned duties are also part of the responsibilities.
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent
Minimum 1 year quality experience in a manufacturing facility preferred
Availability during operating hours with consistent attendance
Understanding of quality control standards and inspection techniques
Basic computer skills with experience in data entry in such applications as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Asana, etc.
Detail oriented with basic technical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
