Global Campaign Integration Manager, Services Marketing

Services is a mature, profitable, multi-billion-dollar business that is a key component of success across Dell Technologies as a significant contributor to margin, revenue and customer experience goals. In support of this important area of growth, the Services Marketing team is dedicated to creating outcome-focused portfolio and offer level messaging, amplifying the services story globally through marketing, sales, AR/PR and global campaign and messaging integration.

What you’ll achieve

The Global Campaign Integration Manager is responsible for driving and influencing the acceptance of Services messages and content into cross-BU and Corporate global campaigns and working with regional field marketing teams to ensure messaging activation across the globe. This person contributes to the design of Services-specific activations and creative assets for global execution. And finally, this person is responsible for monitoring, reporting, and communicating the performance of integration efforts against goals.

The successful Global Campaign Integration Manager candidate will have or quickly gain a strategic understanding of the services portfolio and overarching value proposition, the marketing briefing process, and knowledge of existing integration touchpoints. This person will have prior experience with marketing campaign management and content creation. One of the key strengths the successful candidate will demonstrate is cross-BU relationship-building and maintenance.

Other required skills include demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven experience in developing clear, relevant, and persuasive content, strong attention to detail and project management skills, and excellent collaborative skills across organizations and levels. Persuasive presentation and crisp story-telling skills are required as an advocate of Services messaging.

You will:

  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise on the Services portfolio and specific offers and how Services adds value to hardware/solutions customers and campaigns

  • Develop and socialize integration strategy between offer/portfolio and key campaign themes, influencing strategic messaging and content planning for campaigns

  • Drive adoption and integration of Services positioning and messaging by ISG and CSG global marketing and campaign teams

  • Curate Product Marketing team content to repurpose and ensure optimal campaign/Marcom usage

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years of technology product marketing experience preferred

  • BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of integrated and campaign marketing with strong understanding of how marketing programs are implemented

  • Experience in planning, design, execution and reporting of effective demand generation marketing campaigns

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of establishing credibility and influence with internal stakeholders, sales and customers

  • Strong PowerPoint presentation skills, reporting and analytics experience

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience integrating messaging and demand generation activities into larger initiatives

  • Agency-side experience with demand generation campaigns
