Software Engineers:Design, develop, implement, customize and test software applications using (ETL/DataStage/SQL Server) / (Java/J2EE technologies) / (.Net technologies); understand the business requirements and functional specifications; participate in technical planning and requirements gathering phase; assist in project planning, requirements definition, testing activities; lead junior developers to test, customize and implement enhancements; supervise user acceptance testing; create reports; train users; similar duties.
