ALBRECHT COMPANY Landscape Project Coordinator in Roseville, Minnesota

In general, this position will consist of three major components: 1. Project Administration & Coordination: As a vital part of our team, you'll provide essential administrative support for multiple ongoing projects, each varying in size and scope. Your duties will encompass obtaining permits, meticulously organizing project documentation, coordinating material deliveries, and ensuring seamless project execution. 2. Estimating: Collaborating closely with our lead estimator, you'll play a key role in preparing and submitting estimates for a diverse range of projects spanning municipal, commercial, and residential sectors. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential project opportunities, conducting thorough lead qualification, performing quantity take-offs, and crafting professional estimates and proposals. 3. Direct Assistance: In addition to your project coordination and estimating responsibilities, you'll provide direct administrative assistance to our General Manager. This will involve supporting various aspects of procurement and project execution to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. Having experience in landscaping or construction will be extremely helpful, however your attitude and values are much more important to us than your experience. We will be happy to train the right person. You must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a high level of motivation to seek success for your team. You should also be detail oriented, extremely organized, and able to work independently as well as with a team. Computer skills are necessary including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proficient keyboarding skills are also required to be successful. While organized and efficient, we are a landscape construction company, so our floors are well travelled by muddy boots. Your office will also be adjacent to a Labrador Retriever.
