Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding as per blue print specifications, determining proper welds, callouts, and positions to complete the job. Responsibilities include reading detailed welding blue prints and completing tasks in a timely manner. The welding will primarily involve MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel ranging from 7 gauge to 1/4''. Additional duties may include cutting material, organizing material, and staging it for other employees. The role involves 80% welding and 20% other duties such as fabricating, operating machines, grinding, cutting insulation, and finishing parts.
Responsibilities
Welding per blue print specifications
Determining proper welds, callouts, and positions
Reading detailed welding blue prints
Completing welding tasks in a timely manner
Performing MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel (7 gauge to 1/4'')
Cutting material, organizing material, and staging it for other employees
Fabricating, operating machines, grinding, cutting insulation, and finishing parts
Essential Skills
MIG welding experience
Ability to read blue prints
Proficient in shop math skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Welding experience or degree
Experience with blue print and welding symbols

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
