We are seeking Pharmacy or Science graduates who are leaders, who make things happen, analytical thinkers and problem solvers, and excellent communicators. As a Pharmacy Sales or Advisor manager, you'll need to be highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in drawing insights from data.

You will also receive meaningful responsibilities from day one to establish and grow long-term partnerships with our customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet shared objectives. In doing so, you will develop a keen understanding of your product categories and markets.

You will be part of a customer team in which trust, team spirit, real passion and leadership are very important.

Aside from your team, your manager will also be able to provide coaching & support wherever needed, which will ensure a nurturing work environment.

Location: W e are looking for resources to work in the whole Italian territory along the year. You will be contacted when a resource is needed in a certain area of the country

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master Pharmacy degree or relevant Science studies.

  • Active in extra-curricular activities.

  • A valid driver’s license is mandatory.

  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English.

  • External focus and a real passion for Sales.

  • Willingness to bring creativity & innovation to their work.

  • Strong analytical thinking and skills.

  • Collaboration attitude with diverse groups of people.
