· Préparer et éditer les documents de transport
· Traiter les expéditions urgentes
· Mettre à jour les informations dans le système
· Gérer la facturation clients et prestataires de service (compagnies aériennes et transporteurs routiers)
· Coordonner et mettre à jour les procédures clients et encours de crédit
· Négocier les tarifs en vigueur avec les prestataires de service
· Utiliser les outils de suivi et de visibilité
· Suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs) et assurer la visibilité auprès des clients
· Participer à la transition de nouveaux clients si nécessaire
· Préparer les tableaux de bord et analyses pour les évaluations trimestrielles
· Adhérer et suivre les règles de conformité interne et dans le cadre de la législation local
. Min Bac + 2 transport et/ou commerce international
· Au moins 2 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans le transport appréciés.
· Excellente capacité à communiquer dans un milieu international
· Sens de l’écoute et du détail
· Esprit d’équipe
· Anglais courant
