We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to manage and support our IT systems and infrastructure. You will apply oversight, direction, and contribution to the various IT processes, to include:
Provide day-to-day project management and support for IT systems.
Ensure system uptime, stability, performance, and data integrity across IT infrastructure.
Perform system and application upgrades, patching, and backup procedures.
Install, configure, and maintain network, server, PC, and telephony infrastructure.
Provide end-user support, including onboarding and offboarding employees.
Administer and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, user accounts, and security settings.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor and optimize the performance of PCs, servers, and networks.
Maintain inventory and documentation of all IT assets and procedures.
Implement, monitor, and report on cybersecurity policies and tools.
Support and consult with other business units and divisions as needed.
Manage technology projects and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Assist in compliance with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, CMMC).
Partner with business leaders to build and execute an IT roadmap that supports growth.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
3 to 5 years of experience in IT systems administration or a similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365
Hands-on experience with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware)
Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery procedures
Working knowledge of cybersecurity practices and tools
Experience managing IT projects and collaborating with vendors
Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting (PCs, servers, printers, etc.)
Understanding of compliance standards like NIST, ISO 27001, or CMMC
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

Compensation Information:
The salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 depending on education and experience.
