Business Analyst
Duration: 3 Months w/ Option to Extend
REMOTE/Rockville, MD (very minimal onsite work)
Max pay is $60/W-2, no PTO or Holidays

1) Support on-going business process analytics, requirements gathering, planning, and testing for enterprise projects.
2) Participate as a functional resource in gathering and analyzing data records of associated enterprise systems of the local government client.
3) Experience in:
Business Analysis
Business Process Mapping
Business Process Re-Engineering
Business Process Improvement & Modeling
Leading and managing Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions
Requirements Elicitation
User and system requirements gathering
Creating detailed documentation to include: "as-is business process, "to-be business process and associated visuals
Working with developers, business owners, project team staff, change management staff, and COTS vendors in translating requirements to functional and technical designs
Functional and integration testing
Partner with Change Management staff to create Change Management strategic plans based on evaluation of the business need
Agile Methodologies
