Responsibilities Include:
-Legal research
-Brief and memo writing
-Drafting pleadings
-Cite-checking according to Blue Book
-Trial preparation
-Meeting with clients regarding personal injury suits
-Attending hearings and trials
-Managing cases from start to finish
Requirements
MUST be fluent in English AND Spanish
MUST have some history of litigation experience, externship and law school exposure will be considered
MUST be willing to commute to MD office 5x a week
Salary is DOE | up to $100,000 + benefits
End of year bonus depending on performance of firm and individual
