Robert Half is actively seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist for a direct hire position. The ideal candidate will need the ability to execute and modify test cases, track defect resolution, and routinely communicate the project test progress. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, enact, and manage project testing schedules
Collaborate closely with user departments, IT, and the quality assurance team
Ensure the analysis of business and technical requirements through the testing process
Facilitate continuous testing to detect issues and verify requirements are met before production releases
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
Lead the COE discussions and present new testing technologies and techniques for review
Understand organizational goals and translate them into daily work processes
Lead small teams and assist in implementing Quality Assurance Strategic Goals

Requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years in Quality Assurance or a related field
Strong leadership and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to be resourceful and creative in problem resolution
Capable of working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Azure Dev Ops, or similar application lifecycle management tools
Knowledge of the API and mobile testing space is a plus
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
