What We Are Looking For We are seeking a dynamic IT Support professional to play an integral part in all major IT system functions. The ideal candidate will partner with all areas of our business to support end users to resolve IT issues both in-person (Rock Hill, SC) and remote. Role will primarily be on-site with possibility of some hybrid capabilities depending upon business needs. What You Will Do · Supporting major IT system functions such asPC hardware, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, communication devices and end user training · This position works as a part of a global team to provide a variety of essential IT-related services to a worldwide corporate user community · Provides high-quality customer support with a customer-first mentality · Works under general supervision to complete technical assignments relating to computer installation, configuration, training, troubleshooting, upgrade and repair and uses both verbal instructions and written procedures to complete tasks effectively · Documents procedures, updates hardware and software inventories · Provides support during hardware and software deployment projects · Ensure onboarding and offboarding tasks are processed accurately and efficiently · Coordinate with software and hardware vendors for support when necessary to resolve complex problems · Provide on-site technical support including white glove services to the executive leadership team · Responsible for opening, categorizing, prioritizing, updating, tracking, and resolving tickets in the ticket management system (FreshService) while maintaining SLAs · Supports special IT-related projects and performs other duties as assigned · Occasionally work outside of standard business hours as required to support the organization What You Will Need Experience: 1 or more years’ experience in IT working in an enterprise desktop support role. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Hands-on experience with Windows (Client OS), macOS, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Active Directory Administration, Windows Autopilot, Video Conferencing systems. Linux is a plus. Experience supporting mobile platforms (iOS, Android) Basic TCP/IP network connectivity troubleshooting including DHCP, DNS, routing, switching, and VLANs General understanding of Network/System Security and Endpoint Protection Needs to be punctual, reliable, able to work in a team environment, possess a sense of urgency, and have a passion for technology. Build strong relationships with end-users and works to foster trust between IT Support and the business.
