SUMMARY

The IT Strategic Sourcing Manager is a supply chain professional responsible for strategic sourcing management across varied commodities system wide.

STATUS: Full Time

LOCATION: Riedman Campus

DEPARTMENT: Purchasing

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday Days

ATTRIBUTES

•Bachelor's Degree Preferred
•CMRP (Certified Materials & Resource Professional) Certification preferred
•3 years of relatable job experience required: Supply Chain, Purchasing, Sales or Recruitment preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• ANALYTICS & SAVINGS: Designs and implements strategies to capture and sustain purchasing savings in specific spend categories. Conducts internal and external workshops to generate and verify savings. Analyzes the total cost of ownership (TCO) for savings reduction opportunities. Gathers benchmarking data to highlight opportunities. Utilizes case volume to estimate utilization.

RELATIONSHIPS & ENGAGEMENT: Leads sourcing teams, involves stakeholder groups. Identifies best practices for developing executable implementation plans. Provides structure and framework for developing category contracts. Develops, plans, organizes, and executes strategic sourcing events in varied product categories across RGHS. Keen ability to anticipate issues; recommend solutions. Demonstrated experience interacting with physicians, senior management, and principle stakeholders.

• CONTINUOUS IMPROVMENT: Manages the development of project deliverables. Develops key performance indicators. Monitors cost reduction initiatives. Ensures continual contract optimization. Develops and execute Supply Chain strategy. Develops and reports on projects status, timelines, compliance, and results.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

PAY RANGE: $65,000.00 - $87,668.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
