Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various maintenance and repair tasks across multiple buildings, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
Responsibilities
Adjust time clocks at all buildings and perform fire extinguisher inspections.
Maintain and repair furniture and fixtures throughout all buildings.
Perform preventative maintenance as required.
Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installations of new equipment and moving existing machines.
Perform routine HVAC maintenance.
Supply electrical and air drops where needed.
Assist with equipment maintenance on plant equipment whenever possible.
Perform maintenance and repair work on company vehicles.
Participate in future projects including building new facilities, plumbing, telecommunications, moving equipment, adding equipment, and janitorial services.
Essential Skills
Experience with preventive maintenance.
Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Ability to perform repairs and service on various equipment.
HVAC maintenance experience.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and PLC troubleshooting.
Experience with industrial maintenance, PLC control, and electrical troubleshooting.
Skilled in using hand tools and carpentry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with installation and maintenance repair.
Ability to handle electrical maintenance tasks.
Experience in industrial maintenance.

Work Environment
Our work environment is climate-controlled, allowing you to work comfortably whether standing or sitting. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. Export controls are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.21 - $28.81/hr.
