Actalent Field Service Technician in Rochester, Michigan
Description:
Support Deployment & Product Development Engineering teams
Execute complex service, maintenance, and repair missions at customer sites.
Deliver in-depth on-site training to clients and partners, imparting advanced troubleshooting and maintenance competencies.
Provide on-site assistance for intricate hardware, software, electrical, and networking issues, emphasizing the efficient resolution of intricate technical challenges.
Proficiently utilize an extensive array of mechanical and electrical tools, including voltage meters, oscilloscopes, and assembly equipment, ensuring top-tier safety and reliability.
Undertake the replacement and calibration of components using specialized software and proprietary platforms.
Travel substantially; travel will range from 75% to 100% of the time, with all work-related hotels, meals and travel covered.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
5-7 years of hands-on experience in the field, highlighting deep expertise in Industrial Robotics, Automation, or closely related domains
Exceptional proficiency in working with Linux systems and adeptness in navigating complex technologies
Field service and travel experience
