AQP Supervisor, Molex LLC, Rochester Hills, MI:
Job Duties:
Work and strategize with the Product Development team and Business Partner to develop and drive an overall Quality Plan to manage and mitigate project risk to ensure a flawless product launch that meets Internal/External Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost expectation. Guide and drive the Plant Quality Team to zero defect quality culture and work with Plant Quality Management to drive the alignment and continuous improvement across all plants. Ensures the overall NW projects have robust Quality Planning for new products development, focusing on the voice of the customer and complying with customer/regulatory requirements and internal expectations. Mentor and supervise AQP team and resources to ensure no gaps in project quality or timeline.
