The Accounting team is looking for a Billing Clerk. We need a team player who is detail-oriented and organized. Job Summary: As an Automotive Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and processing financial transactions related to vehicle sales and services. Key Responsibilities: * Process automotive billing and invoicing transactions. * Maintain accurate records of financial transactions related to vehicle sales and service. * Collaborate with the sales department to address any billing discrepancies and resolve customer inquiries related to billing issues. Qualifications: * Team player. * Previous experience in automotive billing or related field preferred. * Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Office applications. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * High school diploma or equivalent.
