1st Shift Order Pickers

Help on the shipping dock, or in picking. Can work as part of a team to pack & prepare large & small boxes for shipment & keep record of outgoing products. Track packages through use of RF (Radio Frequency)units & basic computer operations. Must maintain a safe work environment, & meet quality standards for packaging materials. Responsible for helping to keep the warehouse clean and organized to help increase picking accuracy & safety. Responsible for down-stacking product in rack locations, helping to manage and dispose of excess stretch wrap/paper/cardboard/trash in locations, aiding in the site’s recycling efforts, and helping with cleaning floors & rack location. Must have ability to lift up to 40lbs & work in a non-air-conditioned environment that is quite warm in the summer. Responsibilities

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
