Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Consultant with over 10 years of experience in the project management industry. This strategic and advisory role involves collaborating with clients to review program delivery performance, identify issues, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. The role requires meeting with client representatives, reviewing project and program information, and working as part of a wider team to conduct detailed assessments. The advisor will also present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review projects and programs of work to understand how the planning and delivery is progressing

  • Collaborate with clients to assess and analyze the performance of construction and delivery programs

  • Undertake detailed review of program and project documentation

  • Key member working in a collaborative team

  • Identify underlying issues affecting program delivery and determine root causes.

  • Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients for improving program delivery and performance

  • Meet with client representatives to gather and review project and program information

  • Work as part of a wider team to undertake detailed reviews of program delivery

  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders

  • Advise clients on best practices and industry standards, particularly those aligned with PMI guidelines

  • Monitor the implementation of recommended changes and provide ongoing support to ensure successful outcomes

  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to provide clients with the most current and effective advice

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on program delivery and performance improvement

  • Proven track record of successfully advising clients and improving program outcomes

  • GCC experience including residential, real estate development, entertainment and hospitality projects

  • Strong commercial acumen

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

  • Project Management accreditation is highly desirable

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture

  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools

  • Detailed understanding of the project life cycle

  • Application of business cases to programs of work

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High level of integrity and professionalism
