Today, we are recruiting for a EHS Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Ensure that RMP O&M safety rules and regulations are always applied on sites.

  • Conduct investigations in case of incidents or accidents.

  • Ensure proper dissemination throughout RMP O&M of the OHS management plan and environmental management plan.

  • Conduct EHS audits within operations and maintenance departments to ensure compliance with the management system.

  • Collect O&M data and conduct statistical analysis to identify EHS trends and report EHS section manager (monthly, yearly).

  • Follow up on amendments made to laws & and regulations and update EHS documents accordingly.

  • Conduct safety investigations and issue incident/accident reports accordingly.

  • Ensure that all corrective actions are implemented.

  • Conduct reports for updates and reviews of rules and regulations in coordination with concerned maintenance departments.

  • Participate in emergency drills preparation and feedback.

  • Provide expertise and advice regarding all EHS-related topics to maintenance staff (lessons learned, good practices, safety memos, EHS instructions, etc.

  • Assist during maintenance activities.

  • Follow the applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

  • Work experience in Railway, Metro, or similar infrastructure projects, particularly, and O&M.

  • Experience in EHS supervision.

  • NEBOSH certificate or diploma (or equivalent).

  • Ideally a Membership of IOSH or equivalent

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
