Job Description Summary

The apprentice will be trained over 24 months as a Clinical Education Specialist in CT. This employee will be responsible for delivering formal training on CT products and providing post-sales training and support to customers either on-site or via digital platforms.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite clinical applications training to users of GE HealthCare equipment in a specific modality area.

  • Conduct high-quality application training at customer sites to ensure safe and effective use of GE HealthCare equipment, optimizing image quality and productivity.

  • Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships and develop long-term customer relationships, identifying and capitalizing on immediate customer needs.

  • Promote unique differentiators based on customer's clinical needs, competition, values, and sought benefits.

  • Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.

  • Support Trade shows, Workshops, Show sites, and Customer visits.

  • Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education.

  • Document trainings, site visits, and customer interactions as per local protocols.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Education: Radiography degree

  • Minimum of 2 years practical experience in the considered imaging modality.

  • Curiosity and passion for medical products and technology.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including good communication skills.

  • Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take necessary actions.

  • Team-oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.

  • Willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing work environments.

  • Ability to travel and be at customer sites up to 80% of the working time (annual average).

  • Teaching skills and experience.

  • Empathy and customer-centric mindset.

  • Fluent in English.
