Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $16.25 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Warehouse Supervisor:
Execution of installation work, using tools and/or necessary equipment to complete tasks
Organization and assignment of tasks to meet project targets or deadlines
Completes safety tool talks weekly and at other intervals as necessary
Careful tracking of people and resources such as materials, equipment, and tools
Training and monitoring worker performance
Communication with management - updates on team and individual performance.
Communicating any employee issues to management, and/or project challenges.
Proactive approach to problem solving and following up on direction from management.
Available shifts:
Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
Experience using hand and/or power tools
Experience problem solving in ambiguous environments
Communicate effectively
Flexible and able to adjust to customer requirements and changing environment
Ability to stand and / or walk for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, carry push or pull equipment up to 50 lbs.
General warehouse experience is a plus
Relevant work experience in warehouse, manufacturing or construction; willing to train
Background check & Drug Test Required
