JOB REQUIREMENTS: Case Coordinator Supervisor Responsibilities: Provide leadership, supervision, training and support to Case Coordinators and Training Specialists in designated service location Provide case management services and maintain a caseload of Long-Term Support Clients supporting them in a variety of job sites Provide direct skill development/job coaching support for individuals at their community job sites Understand various disabilities and other barriers to employment Responsible for creating/maintaining schedule of staff supports for assigned clients Observe and evaluate work performance and develop goals for individuals providing feedback and observations to Employment Services Staff Provide problem solving and job-related counseling Provide communication to/with teams (funding sources, employers, families/caregivers, internal staff) Ability to document and case note timely reports weekly and monthly within required timelines Assist with tracking data pertaining to end of month/year reports Possess awareness of realistic work expectations regarding quality of work and appropriate behavior Ability to effectively communicate in order to act as a liaison between employers and employment services staff as well as individuals care team (funding sources, employers, families/caregivers) ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Case Coordinator Supervisor Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent Post-secondary training in human services or related field/experience working with people with disabilities may be substituted Two (2) years of work experience Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: www.odcinc.com/jobs
