RIDGELAND MACHINERY Agriculture Mechanic in RIDGELAND, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Join our team as an Agriculture Mechanic, where you\'ll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our agricultural equipment. In this position, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of machinery and systems, including tractors, combines, planters, and irrigation equipment. Using your technical expertise, you\'ll diagnose operating errors, determine maintenance needs, and execute repairs using the necessary tools and equipment. As an Agriculture Mechanic, you\'ll be tasked with controlling the operations of equipment and systems, utilizing logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions to problems.
