Pepsi Beverages US (PBUS) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States. This position will be part of the US Beverage organization.
Responsibilities
The Senior Manager of Food Service, also known as a Channel Manager, will provide functional leadership and ownership of Food Service field sales productivity, execution, and leadership development within an assigned Food Service channel. Customers for the Food Service team will be primarily Colleges and Universities, Hospitals, Workplaces, Recreation, Specialty Retail and Education accounts, and could potentially include Restaurants. This role will lead and manage a team of sales direct reports.
- Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods
- Provide business coaching/ career development guidance to direct reports and team
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
- Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements
- Work closely with the selling operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer information and business trends using IRI and Nielsen data to identify and expand business opportunities
- Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can and supply income growth
- Oversee trade and spending budgets
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually
Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave
Vacation: for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days
Holidays: for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually
Sick Leave: for eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury. Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year
Bereavement Leave: In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay
Parental Leave: for eligible employees, the company offers paid parental leave for up to 6 weeks to allow for a time of bonding with their newborn or newly adopted child
