Project Manager, Team Lead
Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager Team Lead will play a pivotal role in managing a key customer account, leading a team of dedicated Project Managers, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. This client-facing role requires the Senior Project Manager Team Lead to be fully accountable for the delivery of all projects/tasks for the pipelines for which they have ownership. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical acumen, and the ability to handle a diverse workload consisting of leadership, technical, and administrative activities.
What You Will Do
Team Management : Lead and develop a team of Project Managers to ensure a culture of customer service excellence within the team. Manage team performance, customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), capacity management, and billability.
Customer Service Excellence : Foster a culture aimed at consistently meeting or exceeding customer-specific requirements for quality, customer service, customer satisfaction, and turnaround time.
Operational Leadership : Provide operational leadership to assigned project management teams to ensure efficient and effective management of work.
Project Delivery : Work with internal and external teams to ensure the timely flow of program actions from initiation to onboarding through to delivery, ensuring quality, turnaround time, and budget expectations are met. Will also manage one or multiple pipelines.
Continuous Improvement : Lead continuous improvement efforts aimed at optimizing operational performance and efficiency.
Risk Management : Identify and manage program risks, escalating as appropriate.
Escalation Management : Act as the point of contact for internal and external escalations.
Business Reviews : Contribute to and drive regular business reviews and other communication to upper management.
Financial Wellness and Revenue Growth : Contribute to the financial wellness of the overall program by working with sales and operations leadership. Assist in driving revenue growth and converting strategic opportunities.
To Be Successful You Will Have
4-5+ years' experience in project management or program management
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Professional level of spoken and written English language.
Experience in managing multiple project types.
Technical acumen and a willingness to learn, understand and troubleshoot new technologies.
Ability to work well with others in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment.
Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
A consistent, "can do" attitude.

Competitive pay based on the work you’ll do here and not your previous salary. Expected Compensation: $80,000 to 95,000 USD/year based on experience.
