Insight Global Healthcare Project Analyst in Richmond, Virginia

Job Description

-Work as a resource for the Management teams to support projects for their QNXT system to align with business needs.

-Attend meetings for the management team, provide status updates on projects, and help to push projects along

-Analyze and document healthcare business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements.

-Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.

-Ability to utilize SQL queries to write basic queries, extract, manipulate, and analyze data

-Work closely with development teams and analyst teams to understand how changes affect the bigger picture for these projects

-Create comprehensive documentation including user manuals, training materials, and process diagrams.

Skills and Requirements

-Proven experience as a project manager/ and or analyst that has moved projects along in the health plan industry

-Hands-on experience with QNXT or similar healthcare information systems.

-Proficiency in SQL queries

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

-Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

-Bachelor's degree is a requirement null
