Insight Global Director of Quality Assurance in Richmond, Virginia

Job Description

  • Manage a team of at least 6 QA Associates, providing employees training, feedback and coaching to help improve their skills as well as improve effectiveness and efficiency, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

  • Become the subject matter expert (SME) on many client and company requirements related to calls, letters, and complaints.

  • Lead call calibration sessions with team, clients, and suppliers, to improve quality performance by providing feedback real time.

  • Analyze consumer complaint and audit trending data and produce usable reports.

  • Remediate audit findings related to Quality Assurance and monitor changes.

Pay Rate Range: 65k-75k

Skills and Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in a financial services background. (banking, collections, etc.)

      * 1+ year of experience in a call center environment (call in or out, or listening and reviewing phone calls)

      * 3+ years of prior management experience overseeing 3+ individuals

      * Intermediate excel experience, will be required to take an excel assessment (pivot tables, graphs, etc.) Bachelor's or associates degree
