Best Tile is looking to add a well-rounded, hard worker who is eager to learn & grow to join our Design Sales team!
This position pays $16- $18 per hour with bonus potential.

Best Tilehas an opening for a (Full Time)Design Sales Consultantwho will:
Use your expertise in home décor to inspire customers to create tile design solutions.
Field requests and inquiries from customers, vendors, and members of the Showroom Team.
Help maintain the cleanliness of the Showroom layout.
Assist with in-store and off-site events and programs.

Requirements
Design Sales experience; home/bath/kitchen preferred.
Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations.
Excellent communication and time management skills, balancing multiple priorities and working well under pressure in a retail environment.
Excellent organizational skills; solid computer and systems skills.
Highly collaborative and team oriented; ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs.
Design Certificate and/or Associate's Degree in interior design, architecture, marketing or equivalent is preferred.
Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule with Thursday evening and Saturday day hours required.
Ability to pass a post-offer employment screening, which includes drug testing, and a background check.
