Estes Express Lines Coordinator, Inbound Sales Development in Richmond, Virginia
Job Summary:
The Inbound Sales Development Representative position is a part of the revenue generating Inside Sales team responsible for generating gross profit in excess of $14 million dollars annually. The primary responsibility of the Inbound Sales Development Representative is to receive, record, assign and respond to inquiries received on behalf of the sales team. Logging and delegating the work to qualify data and information with the purpose of building out the sales pipeline. The initial data assignment would be given to Sales Development Representatives for qualification. The qualified leads would be sent to corporate account managers, field account managers or Inside Sales Representatives based on potential and needs analysis.
Receive, record, assign and respond to inbound leads from a variety of channels, including but not limited to: Email, Marketing, Customer Care, Rate Department, Sales Support, MyEstes, Inside Sales shared line, TMS, Salesforce and Current Sales Technology Stack.
Review and decision all MyEstes requests unassigned to a current Estes sales account manager.
Review and enter all inbound data and lead/opportunities and create records in Customer Resource Management Tool or Sales Automation Tool, as appropriate.
Monitor and assign newly created MyCarrier unclaimed accounts to the appropriate Estes account manager or Inside Sales Team member for follow up.
Lead the Sales Development Teams efforts with Live Chat / Offline Chat. Maintain service level agreements for responsiveness in live chat. Delegate work to the other Chat Team members within Salesforce for timely follow-up of Offline Chat Leads and Cases.
Monitor, log and assign all leads and inquiries that come in thru the Inside Sales Generic email box.
Transition leads and opportunities between sales staff, as appropriate, ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction. Certify measurements for lead to opportunity and opportunity to conversion close rates.
Create targeted lists for adding in CRM and use online lead management tools to verify data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with CRM Support to upload verified information into CRM or similar program.
Monitor, log and assist inside sales management and inside sales account managers with various online software utilized for lead management including but not limited to Outreach, ZoomInfo, e2Open, MyCarrier and Kuebix.
Manage and maintain all customer file records on Customer Resource Management and Sales Automation Tools.
Regular attendance is required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Industry experience or previous inside /outside sales experience preferred
1 year of experience with Salesforce/Cloud/CRM applications preferred
Salesforce Trailblazer or Sales Administrator certification preferred
Experience with the use of TMS tools preferred
Excellent computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office applications required.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal, listening and written communication skills. Must be able to interact positively with both internal & external customers and be able to collaborate in a team environment
Must be able to work competently under pressure, and able to remain calm while balancing multiple projects effectively.
Must possess exceptional organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and complete tasks within a given time frame and make quick decisions.
Great focus and attention to detail required for success.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background check
Must be authorized to work in the United States
