CONDUENT BUSINESS SERVICES LLC Technical Business Analysis Engineer in Richardson, Texas
Conduent Business Services, LLC is looking for a Technical Business Analysis Engineer in Richardson, TX [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] work with IT and the business by analyzing the data to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. Work with business and users to understand data-driven changes to process, products, and improve efficiencies. Provide data driven ideas but also balance against technologically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable objectives. Understand the reporting requirements to deliver reports and dashboard that support the business forecast and plan to enable client satisfaction. Create a detailed business analysis to outline problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business. Engage in prioritizing technical and functional requirements. Understand the existing platforms, function, any changes or upgrade, and the necessary steps to get client on board. Evaluate the requirements of the business, and explain the terminologies and principles, suggest alternatives, and provide the information that is required to complete the project. Prepare documentation that requires specification and provide information to various stakeholders associated with the project for approval. Work on projects as needed and provide guidance to the developer. Establish communication with stakeholders to negotiate any conflicts or changes in requirements. Arrange team meetings to discuss and solve issues related to risks, technology constraints, and other problems. Participate in user acceptance tests to determine whether the product is ready to be launched.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Communication, Business Administration, or Computer Science and 3 years of experience in the job offered, or 3 years of experience in a related occupation working with business and users to understand data-driven changes to process, products, and improve efficiencies; providing data driven ideas but also balance against technologically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable objectives; understanding the existing platforms, function, any changes or upgrade, and the necessary steps to get client on board; evaluating the requirements of the business, and explain the terminologies and principles, suggest alternatives, and providing the information that is required to complete the project.
In lieu of a Bachelors degree, the employer will accept an additional 2 years of experience in a related occupation working with business and users to understand data-driven changes to process, products, and improve efficiencies; providing data driven ideas but also balance against technologically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable objectives; understanding the existing platforms, function, any changes or upgrade, and the necessary steps to get client on board; evaluating the requirements of the business, and explain the terminologies and principles, suggest alternatives, and providing the information that is required to complete the project.
