Robert Half AR Coordinator in Richardson, Texas

Description We are in search of an AR Coordinator who will be based in Richardson, Texas. In this role, you will be part of a team involved in the manufacturing industry, dealing with commercial collections and AR cash applications. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer credit records, resolving customer inquiries, and monitoring customer accounts. This role presents a contract-to-hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management of account receivables in compliance with established policies

• Conduct AR Cleanup, involving calling to inquire about payments made and investigating why or where it is

• Account reconciliation, backlog management, and credit limit management

• Assist Sales Operations with dispute resolution and customer communication

• Release order holds in a timely manner

• Develop and implement policies for billing, collections, and cash applications

• Maintain constant communication and build relationships with customers via phone and email conversation

• Regular interaction with many internal teams for dispute resolution and collection of accounts receivable items in a timely manner

• Recommend ways to improve processes to prevent future collection issues

• Perform other similar and related duties as required. Requirements • Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.

• Experience in Commercial Collections is required.

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory.

• Ability to approve credit is necessary.

• Must have experience handling company credit cards.

• Knowledge of consumer credit and corporate credit is needed.

• Experience with corporate credit cards is required.

• Understanding of credit administration is a must.

• Experience in Credit - Skip Tracing, Credit - Consumer, Credit - Commercial, and Credit - Collections is needed.

• Knowledge of credit analysis, credit application, credit approvals, credit authority, credit balance, credit card charges, and credit card deposits is required.

• Familiarity with credit card fraud, the credit card industry, credit card payments, credit card receipts, credit card reconciliation, and credit cards is necessary.

• Ability to make credit decisions and work in a credit department is required.

• Experience with credit limit, credit hold, credit memo, credit notes, credit portfolio, and cash applications is essential.
