Manufacturing Engineer
Responsibilities:
Perform their functions on time for the engineering department, as well as implement control methods for the tooling used in the production lines and their maintenance programs.
Continuous improvement plans.
Calculation of equipment capacities based on product specifications.
Promotion of activities related to improving productivity by any means of quality improvement, cost reduction or increase in product delivery.
Preparation of layouts.
Control of equipment drawings.
Tooling inventory maintenance.
Preparation of AQP & PFEMA.
Knowledge of automation and control systems, problem solving skills.
Develop and/or updating of work instructions for each operation.
Develop of AR's to require new equipment.
Requirements:
Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineer.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Management of computer packages.
Ability to work in a team, Leadership.
Knowledge of programming languages.
Management of 3D design software.
Knowledge of tools and machinery.
Knowledge of equipment balancing.
Knowledge of cell balancing.
Documentation of WI's, AQP's and 8D's.
English 80%
Availability to travel abroad
