Description We are in search of a Mailroom Assistant to join our team located in Reston, Virginia. As a Mailroom Assistant, you will be primarily tasked with handling a variety of tasks related to mailroom operations, customer service, and data entry. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing mail packages.
• Perform data entry tasks to keep record of mail packages.
• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline mailroom operations.
• Operate mailroom equipment such as inkjet and Konica Minolta.
• Use Kronos Timekeeping System for efficient time management.
• Deliver courier services as required.
• Maintain Microsoft Access and Excel for data management.
• Provide excellent customer service for mailroom inquiries.
• Use 'About Time' software for efficient mailroom operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Demonstrated ability to work with Inkjet.
• Familiarity with Konica Minolta.
• Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System.
• Skilled in Microsoft Access.
• Knowledge of About Time software.
• Proven experience in handling Courier Services.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Accurate and efficient Data Entry skills.
• Experience in managing Mailroom operations.
• Ability to handle Mail Packages professionally.
• Experience in handling Outgoing Mail Packages.
