Job Description
Enterprise Risk Management - Director - Seller & Servicer Oversight:
As a Director in the Seller and Servicer Oversight team, you willbe responsible for
monitoring selling and servicing activities including performance, compliance, concentration and acquisition credit profile. The team is focused on mitigating risks associated with seller/servicer oversight functions through partnership and engagement with the business.
Minimum Required Experiences
- 8 years
Skills
Experience in seller, servicer, or counterparty risk oversight/risk assessment including evaluating seller/servicer performance and internal controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying process or control gaps, and remediating risks
Experience in influencing and developing relationships across a broad spectrum of stakeholders in business, risk and regulatory business areas
Experience leading and managing teams
Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
Desired Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
Experience in the financial services sector or mortgage industry, preferably Single Family
Risk, audit, or regulatory experience in the credit or operational risk discipline
Experience leading teams in a rapidly evolving environment
Experience performing risk assessment or reviewing risk and control self-assessments (RCSA)
Experience developing risk measures to quantify risk levels such as key risk indicators (KRIs,) key performance indicators (KPIs,) or early warning indicators (EWIs); must be able to manageloss events and develop or challengeaction plans associated with those events
Experience in governance including creating and maintaining policies and procedures.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
