PACCAR Inc. Senior Product Analyst Job in Renton, Washington

Requisition Summary Join a dynamic, collaborative product marketing team! As a senior product analyst, you'll partner with internal departments and external suppliers to enhance PACCAR Parts product offerings to our dealers. You'll support your business unit with strategic marketing programs, promotions and data based solutions to drive business growth and ultimately the number one business initiative: CUSTOMER UPTIME. Have fun diving into the data to determine which customer segments respond to which programs, identify sales opportunities and fill in program gaps. In addition to supporting the day-to-day activities of your business unit, you'll help troubleshoot part and program issues in the field and work with a variety of teams to find solutions. Get creative launching new dashboards, reporting tools and process improvements to support program success. Job Functions / Responsibilities Work with Product Manager and Product Director to implement new programs and promotional actions. Lead data analysis for strategic business unit. Create dashboards and analytics on key performance metrics. Work with marketing services to develop key marketing support elements for product groups, including dealer communication, promotional plans, marketing events, product sales training cataloging and other program support as required. Support requests from external and internal customers, including outside sales and fleet sales teams. Communicate with dealers, sales, customer service, pricing, and other departments on product updates. Manage day to day supplier relationship, including documentation updates and scorecard performance.
