PACCAR Inc. Sales Development Analytics Supervisor Job in Renton, Washington

Requisition Summary Be on the ground floor of developing the analytics to identify trends, improve processes and increase sales! This position is responsible for supervising a team that creates, maintains, and improves the reporting processes, while delivering actionable insights to management. The information you and your team provide will enable data driven decision making throughout PACCAR Parts. Job Functions / Responsibilities * Supervise a team of Business Analysts supporting the Sales and eCommerce teams. * Responsibility for the accuracy of the department data sources and reporting tools. * Build customer-facing, on-demand dashboards, allowing Sales Managers and Dealers to view their sales status and progress toward their sales goals. * Create processes, systems and tools that are geared towards optimizing efficiency and accuracy for the sales organization and senior leadership. * Participate and implement product upgrades, business integration and researching best industry practices for customer interaction tools. * Develop reproducible sales and KPI reports for multiple audiences. * Communicate and work effectively with team members, internal business partners, dealerships, and sales management. * Assist in building and maintaining project management tools. * Support Business Intelligence users with access, training and data questions. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Analytics, or other quantitative field) required. Advanced degree preferred, either in-progress or completed. * 3-5 years of experience in an Analyst role or applicable experience. * Experience with data visualization (Tableau) and Salesforce. * Competency with 2+ programming languages (SQL, Python, R, etc.). * Strong interpersonal, communication, and issue resolution skills. * Strong PC Skills including experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, and web technologies. * Ability to succeed in a multi-functional business environment and influence adoption of new ideas. * Must be a highly motivated self-starter, self-directed learner, and able to meet deadlines. * Six Sigma or PMO experience desired. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $80,800 - $114,290
