POSITION: Sales Associate (Sleep Advisor)

SCHEDULE: Full Time

LOCATION: Reno, Nevada

SALARY: $45,000 to $65,000 Annually -

Pay is C

ommission + bonus with a guaranteed minimum of $2,500/month

SUMMARY:

At Mattress Land, the first order of business is to understand what our customer needs to achieve the very best sleep. Our Sales Associates, or as we like to call them,Sleep Advisorsare committed to the BedFITandtrade; technology. We provide the most proven, reliable tools and industry-leading training to help our Sleep Advisors test products to find an exact match for each customer's sleep profile.

After the first month of training, you will be an expertSleep Advisorand can begin to help our customers get a better night sleep.

MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of Sales Experience
• Computer Savvy
• Available and Willing to Work Weekends and Holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Help customers get the best bed for their budget
• Sell mattresses, foundations and accessories
• Enter orders and collect payments
• Follow up with both existing customers and prospects to boost sales
• Assist with inventory and upkeep of the store
