SALARY: Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years experience in a supervisor role required.
- Freight and/or LTL experience required.
- Customer service experience required.
- Demonstrated expertise in leadership, teambuilding, and fostering strong interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to influence and work across a variety of levels within an organization without official authority.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong PC proficiency and experience using MS Office products. AS400 experience preferred but not required.
- H.S. diploma or GED/equivalent required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Lead the team members to ensure customers receive a World Class experience.
- Identify training opportunities and assign appropriate training.
- Handle escalated customer concerns.
- Work closely with operations leaders to help resolve larger customer issues.
- Report indirectly to the local Terminal Manager in regard to issues affecting the operations or team members.
- Pull daily phone activity logs and report numbers to Director and hold team members accountable if not meeting minimum expectations.
- Monitor specific reports in the AS400 to ensure all work is meeting expectations.
- Responsible for coaching, issuing discipline, and participate in hiring process.
- Responsible for onboarding and overseeing training for new employees.
- Support Director of Customer Experience by handling other duties as assigned.
