MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 21 years old
- Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements.
- At least one year of verifiable commercial driving experience with similar equipment.
- Doubles/triples and chaining experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid DOT Medical Certification.
- Must have a clean driving record. No DUI, reckless driving, or positive drug/alcohol screen in the last 3 years.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and dispatch/managers.
- Basic English proficiency in reading, writing and verbal communication.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Safely and efficiently tractor trailer combinations between terminals or meet points.
- Adapting to challenging conditions like inclement weather and various road conditions.
- Ability to meet the Company's reliability standard for employees.
- Ability to chain as needed and to work in inclement weather is required.
- Availability to work weekends and/ or nights if needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
