Technical Business Analyst will join our FCS Product & Project Management team which designs all features and roadmap items for JHA Financial Crimes Solutions. In this role, you will participate as a multi-talented contributor in all phases of the development cycle: concept, requirements definition, technical design, prototype, code development, testing, release to QA and implementation. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in fraud within the banking industry, as well as business/systems analysis skills in an agile framework.

This position will be filled to work at the following Jack Henry office locations: Birmingham, AL, Allen, TX, Louisville, KY, or Remotely within the U.S.

The target salary range for this position is $48,800 – $70,000, based on location and experience.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Define the system and functional requirements of the product.

  • Prepare business requirements and functional specifications.

  • May perform application, system, and regression tests.

  • Interact with technical teams to convey business requirements.

  • Work with industry research groups to prepare for product trends.

  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • A minimum of 18 months of experience working as a Business Analyst.

  • Ability to travel up to 5% to attend JHA meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Analytics, or Business.

  • Experience within a financial institution.

  • Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence.
