Conduent Senior Technology Product Owner, Talent Acquisition/HCM in Remote, United States

You’ll provide industry knowledge in Human Resource systems and Software as a Service (SaaS): Core HR, Talent Acquisition (Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management), Talent Management (Performance, Succession, Career Development, Learning, HR Service Delivery, Total Rewards, and associated data analytics and reporting solutions to ensure HR and Talent Acquisition IT investments have a business relevance. You’ll work closely with internal business units, technology delivery teams, and third-party vendors to ensure delivery with high quality and within budget. You will manage third-party vendors and contracts. Additionally, you’ll be the expert and provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
You’ll translate product requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria to be included in delivery roadmap. You will lead waterfall projects as the Technology Lead, ensuring completion of all technology artifacts, operational readiness, and transition to support, making technical decisions, managing technology risks and inter-dependencies, allocating resources.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with Business Owners to understand the market demands, priorities, and overall product strategy
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Work with engineering and vendor teams to deliver timely, quality releases that provide high business value and exceed customer expectations
Create detailed specifications/requirements for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development team
Write user stories and establish acceptance criteria in collaboration with the team
Manage dependencies in and across sprints and releases
Work with the Agile team to manage and prioritize the backlog to ensure alignment with changing business needs
Partner with project managers on project budgets, scope, timelines, and project execution
Act as a product champion within the company
Manage third-party vendors and contracts
Additionally, you’ll have

Basic Qualifications For Consideration:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years as an IT Product Owner and experience with software development experience as an Agile Product Owner or similar role
Minimum 3 years working on a Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge in technologies supporting Talent Acquisition (Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management), background and skill assessment along with onboarding.
Scrum Master experience.
Experience with following technologies: Oracle HCM Cloud or similar, iCIMS or similar, Phenom or similar CRM, Oracle Integration Cloud, Azure Dev-Ops (ADO), Project Online, Microsoft Project, First Advantage, Skillcheck, Equifax I9/W4/Onboarding, EdCast, Skillsoft, or similar learning technologies.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. For Colorado considerations only the estimated salary range is $85,000 – 100,000.
