The Senior Pursuit Specialist will work out of either our Orlando, Tallahassee, or Tampa Florida office one day per week.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of all materials used in the development of competitive submittals including the updating of all project experience write-ups, resumes and other regularly used text that are edited as a result of the competitive submittal process

• Maintenance of the proposal tracking form and periodic reports on win rates to operations

• Ownership of go/no go process for determining if we are going to pursue an opportunity

• Partner with stakeholders within the business development process to develop client focused presentations

• Perform market research activities

• Maintain a high level of understanding of the business. Participate in lunch and learns as well as set up periodic meetings with Market Leaders to understand where we are and where we are going as well as build relationships

• Database management/CRM updates

• Tracking of all competitive submittal due dates | weekly

• Employee profile creation and maintenance | monthly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or English preferred

• 5-10 years of proposal coordination experience

• Prior experience working in the environmental or engineering consulting industry preferred

• Proficient with MS Word and Excel

• Prior experience working in a remote environment preferred

• Minimum internet speed of 200 MBPS

• Ability to pass a background check post offer
