Leidos Program Finance Analyst, Lead in Remote, United States
Description
Leidos Defense Systems Sector has an immediate opening for a Lead Program Financial Analyst to support the Space Sensing portfolio in the Aerospace Business Area. As a key member of the program team, you will work directly with the program managers to help drive each of the program's financial goals and objectives; analyze, report, and help understand variances against the program baseline; identify risks and opportunities against the program baseline; and recommend actions to improve progress to achieve exceptional program execution.
Additional Responsibilities:
Lead preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting and presentation of financial forecasts, reports and analysis.
Lead weekly, month, and quarterly EAC presentations/discussions with PM, DPM, and IPT leads.
Lead preparation of weekly and month staffing presentations for the WFOV portfolio.
Assist Program Managers and IPT leads quantify identified programmatic risk and opportunities that will impact program financials while recommending cost reductions and ways to mitigating risk.
Assist Program Managers and IPT leads explain variances against their latest EAC.
Support lead PFA and F&BO Manager with financial forecasting, EACs; monthly CTTP estimates, quarterly forecasting, and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Support Principal PFA and F&BO Manager with month-end closings and variance/trend analyses
Support Principal PFA and F&BO Manager with cash management and inventory analysis as well as timely submittal of invoices, collections and unbilled reduction.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline and 4+ years of program finance related experience. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts.
Analytical, communication and presentations skills needed as well as being able to operate independently.
US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Leidos financial systems and applications; such as: Cost Point, Hyperion, OBI, Cognos, Fusion, LPAS, and Cost Point.
Proficient in Microsoft applications; such as: Project, Excel, Power Point and Word.
Manufacturing experience and experience with international business arrangements preferred.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
